Job summary

MPI is seeking a Data Center Project Manager in the United States to lead comprehensive, end-to-end management of data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.

You will coordinate procurement, manage schedules and budgets, and drive safety and quality across design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful client handover and long‑term performance.

Qualifications

• Strong background in construction project management (data center preferred).
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines and budgets.
• Excellent communication with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in project management software and digital tools (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
• Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of data center construction projects from preconstruction to turnover.
• Manage procurement: bids, subcontractor selection, contracts, vendors.
• Coordinate daily activities to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Facilitate meetings with clients, subs, design teams, and stakeholders.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and documentation.
