Job summary

Manhattan Construction Company is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead project quality activities under senior guidance. The role supports the project team including the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Project Engineer to deliver reliable, repeatable, and maintainable quality across all design aspects.

The incumbent will develop project-specific QA/QC plans, manage BIM360, coordinate submittals, reviews, and change orders, and ensure adherence to safety and environmental policies on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years of responsibility for large commercial construction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-free environment through actions and mentoring.
• Develop project specific QA/QC Plans and manage BIM360 for the project.
• Lead QC reporting, coordinate QC requirements and tracking, and participate in Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings.
