Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator II to plan and coordinate data center projects from initiation to delivery. You will manage assets, schedules, budgets, and communications to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include updating stakeholders, monitoring progress, and collaborating with regional teams to resolve tickets and optimize processes. A background in project management and a proactive, customer‑focused approach are valued.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 2–5 years’ related experience.
• Builds productive internal and external working relationships.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices.
• Flexibility essential - occasional adjustments to work hours for regional collaboration.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with ticketing systems or project management tools.
• Understanding of or experience in a technology-driven environment.
• Proactive, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional decorum.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate data center projects from initiation to delivery.
• Track assets and materials across data centers and warehouses.
• Provide weekly project updates with action items.
• Schedule reviews and follow up on actions.
• Communicate status clearly to project teams.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, hours, and expenditures.
• Escalate issues to client manager when needed.
• Attend stakeholder meetings and document decisions.
• Collaborate with regional teams on resources and ticket resolution.
• Monitor ticketing system daily and reassign tickets as needed.
• Produce regular reports and identify recurring problems.
• Identify and develop process improvements and new processes.
