Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead complex data center projects nationwide. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk while coordinating design, procurement, construction, and commissioning across multiple disciplines.

The role requires experience in planning, engineering of design-build or EPC projects for data centers, including power, water systems, networking, and site development. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management methodologies, budgeting and scheduling.
• Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead client-facing delivery teams and manage scope, schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data center projects for major U.S. clients.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk with governance controls.
• Mentor and lead multi-disciplinary teams to ensure consistent project execution.
• Communicate status and risks proactively to clients and stakeholders.
