Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of related experience managing design and/or construction projects, including experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• PMP certification required within 12 months of hire or promotion.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data center projects and programs for major clients in the U.S.
• Develop and manage scope, schedule, and budget across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Oversee design, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout phases.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage project financial performance including forecasting and invoicing.
