Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Data Center, Project & Development Services. You will lead complex CRE projects in mission-critical environments, coordinating with departments, partners, and clients to deliver tailored solutions.

The role emphasizes client leadership, professional integrity, and cross-business collaboration, with a focus on delivering best-in-class data center solutions for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Mechanical/Electrical engineering; advanced degrees desirable.
• 5–10+ years in design and construction focused on related fields.
• 7+ years of CRE project management with product development, launch, and process optimization.
• Experience delivering complex CRE, ground-up, and build-to-suit projects.
• Experience with advanced project controls and budgeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts to engage new sectors and markets.
• Coordinate across departments, partners, and clients to ensure seamless delivery.
• Act as primary client representative for engagements and ensure service quality.
• Oversee project delivery from initiation to completion, meeting client expectations.
• Foster cross-business collaboration and uphold Cushman & Wakefield values.
