Job summary

Trane Technologies in the United States is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead end-to-end data center projects from startup to commissioning, across hyperscale sites and colocation environments.

You will manage detailed schedules, supervise on-site technicians, ensure technical testing and thermal execution, and maintain strong client engagement. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 7+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience in data center, industrial, or HVAC sectors.
• Experience in thermal execution and chilled water systems.
• Experience in integrated system testing, commissioning, and functional testing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data center projects, ensuring timely execution from startup to commissioning.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules that track milestones and deliverables.
• Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and project modifications in alignment with client requirements.
• Oversee integrated system testing and functional testing of data center sites; provide expertise in thermal execution.
