Job summary

Trane Technologies is hiring a Data Center Team Leader to supervise HVAC Field Technicians who commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up advanced HVAC systems that keep essential operations running. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers on new facility installations and retrofits.

You will receive hands-on training from the manufacturer, access to the latest technologies, and clear career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Minimum five (5) years’ experience in HVAC, providing expertise in the systems level knowledge.
EPA approved Universal Technician Certification.

Responsibilities

Train and develop HVAC Field Technicians, providing technical advice and guidance.
Assist in scheduling, organizing, and dispatching HVAC Field Technicians.
Assist Service Manager with hiring/firing recommendations.
Maintain vehicles and service records; coordinate on-site work.
Prepare for on-site installations and repairs with Project Manager.
Evaluate area safety needs and contribute to safety policy training.
