Job summary

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, mentor, manage risk, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. This role requires 3–5 years experience, a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or CCM; strong MS Office skills; and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information and set performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and set deadlines.
• Oversee all phases of project management including procurement, planning and tracking.
• Ensure contract procurement, negotiation, execution and closeout are timely and compliant.
• Monitor billing, AR collection, expense control, staffing, and full P&A to EBITDA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other business lines to meet objectives.
• Identify project risks, lead reviews, and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RI SE values and collaboration.
• Apply knowledge of the discipline to support team objectives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day issues in systems and processes.
