The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, a degree, and preferred LEED AP / PMP / CCM credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resources, budgets, work plans, milestones, quality control and risk.
• Define project delivery resources from qualified lists and conduct RFIs, bid evaluations and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity, timely documentation, and coordinated reporting.
• Lead the project delivery team with guidance to achieve objectives, budgets and schedules.
• Create action plans, track progress and report status and variances.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
