Job summary

The Boldt Company is seeking a Project Engineer to support construction projects across the Midwest. You will provide on-site support to the Project Manager and Superintendent, driving RFIs and submittals, coordinating procurement, and helping maintain schedule integrity.

Travel to project sites throughout the Midwest is required, with assignments across Milwaukee, WI; Chicago, IL; Minneapolis, MN, and other regional markets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Project Engineer from a general contractor.
• Support RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking.
• Engage daily with Superintendents and field teams.
• Experience tracking productivity, percent complete, and schedule updates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel across the Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to the Project Manager and Superintendent.

• Assist in maintaining schedule integrity and look-ahead updates.
