Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, with focus on project engineering.
Strong knowledge of construction processes including submittals, change orders, and QC.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficient with project management software and tools.
Understanding of safety standards and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion, on schedule and within budget.
Prepare, review, and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
Handle submittals and change orders with accurate documentation.
Oversee construction management per project specs and safety standards.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet standards.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet objectives.
Resolve issues during construction using problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
Provide regular project updates to senior management.
