Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects in Reno and Las Vegas. You will oversee from preconstruction through completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance targets are met.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management within construction, deep knowledge of electrical systems, and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with GCs, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage budget, schedule, contracts, and overall planning and organizing.
• Lead and manage teams with strong communication under pressure.
