Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination or project administration experience in construction or related industries.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel required).
• Experience with project management or accounting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in coordinating day-to-day execution of data center controls projects.
• Assist in updating project schedules, track milestones, and identify potential risks or delays.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to support timely project delivery.
• Assist with mobilization planning, site access documentation, and workforce logistics.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, and track follow-up actions.
• Manage document control processes and maintain organized project files.
• Track submittals and RFIs to ensure timely processing.
• Support preparation and tracking of change orders and billing documentation.
