Job summary

Prime Data Centers in Lockhart, TX seeks a Project Coordinator to support planning, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement for mission-critical data center projects. You will assist project managers, coordinate documentation, and track costs while ensuring safety and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with construction or technical infrastructure projects, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of project coordination or project controls experience.
• Experience with construction, telecoms, or data-center projects preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in successful execution of data center construction projects.
• Coordinate project documentation: RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, logs.
• Track project schedules and milestones using PM software.
• Maintain budgets, invoices, POs, and cost reports.
• Coordinate communication among owners, contractors, vendors, engineers, and consultants.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with procurement activities, material tracking, and delivery schedules.
• Facilitate weekly project meetings and action item logs.
• Support QA, commissioning, and closeout activities.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety policies.
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting documentation.
• Assist with risk tracking and issue resolution.
