Astreya is seeking a highly capable Project Manager to support complex, high-priority initiatives across the Data Center and Edge Network Services organization within a hyperscale infrastructure environment.

This role provides flexible program and project management support across a range of initiatives, engaging quickly with evolving priorities and driving execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, business, engineering, operations, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects and initiatives within Data Center and Edge Network Services.
• Establish project structure, plans, processes for new priorities and drive execution.
• Coordinate with technical, engineering, operations, supply chain and business stakeholders to align timelines and deliverables.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies and opportunities to keep programs on track.
• Provide flexible PM coverage across multiple initiatives and teams as priorities evolve.
• Step into existing programs as interim PM and establish scope, status, risks, and next steps.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reporting, and risk/issue tracking.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders at all levels with clarity on progress and escalations.
• Introduce repeatable processes to improve execution and efficiency.
• Coordinate across distributed teams to ensure timely delivery and accountability.
• Identify opportunities to improve PM practices, tools and processes.
