Job summary

Compu Dynamics is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to bridge technical and managerial work, supporting PMs and Sr. PMs in coordinating vendors, customers, and field teams.

The role emphasizes developing project documentation and maintaining Procore records for ongoing projects. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in project management or construction, with a high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree in construction or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or equivalent education and experience.
• 1+ years of project management or construction-related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Applied Science, or related field.
• Commercial contracting experience, preferably in the data center or mission-critical space.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PMs, Sr. PMs, and field teams to support project execution.
• Develop project documentation and maintain Procore records.
• Prepare and log submittals, RFIs, and responses.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and change orders under PM supervision.
• Lead inspections and coordinate safety-related activities with the safety team.
