Qualifications

• 1–2 years of construction or project coordination experience.
• Familiarity with construction documents, submittals, and project workflows.
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam preferred.
• Strong organizational and document management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams with documentation, submittals, and scope tracking.
• Assist with gathering quotes, takeoffs, and responding to RFIs/RFQs.
• Review quotes for scope gaps, pricing changes, and completeness.
• Maintain current drawings, specifications, and project documentation across platforms.
• Assist with shop drawings and submittal coordination.
• Track subcontractors, equipment, and quoted items.
• Support weekly reporting (labor, schedule progress, milestones, delivery updates).
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Assist with project closeout, including warranties, O&M manuals, and as-builts.
• Help coordinate vendor start-up, site access, and owner training.
