A leading construction firm in Wisconsin is seeking a Project Assistant to provide essential administrative and coordination support to the project management team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction administration, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with familiarity in Procore being a plus. This role requires excellent communication and multitasking abilities, as well as the capability to work independently. Significant responsibilities include managing submittals, coordinating project setups, and assisting with documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Previous experience in construction administration or project coordination preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Procore or similar construction software.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain submittal logs to ensure they are current.
Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather and track information.
Assist in setting up new projects and coordinate the project closeout process.
