Job summary

Compu Dynamics, based in Chantilly, VA, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to bridge technical and managerial tasks and support PMs and Sr. PMs.

You will engage with vendors, partners, and customers, develop project documentation, and coordinate field and office operations using Procore. The role requires 1+ year of project management or construction-related experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• 1+ years of project management or construction-related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Applied Science, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge technical and managerial responsibilities, assist PMs and Sr. PMs.
• Engage with vendors, partners, and customers and develop project documentation.
• Coordinate field and office operations under PM guidance.
• Lead smaller meetings, record notes, and distribute status updates.
• Support planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and procurement activities.
• Monitor safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
