Job summary

Pogue Construction in Texas is seeking an Assistant Project Manager with hands-on site experience to support complex data center and mission-critical projects.

You will report to the SPM/PM, manage RFIs, submittals, and coordination with owners, architects, and trades, while helping to ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 2–4 years of onsite work and Procore/Bluebeam experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction-related field.
• 2–4 years of construction field experience on-site as Project Engineer or similar APM role.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to SPM/PM for your project
• Process RFIs and Submittals
• Assist with close out process
• Lead Owner/Architect/Consultant meetings
• Lead coordination with major trades
• Review subcontractors pay applications
• Assist with buying out subcontracts
• Attend bid days and contribute to estimates
