Job summary

Suffolk Construction is seeking a Project Manager for Data Centers in Austin, TX. You will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring budget, schedule, and contractual requirements are met while coordinating with owners, architects, and field teams.

You will manage risk, safety, quality, and documentation, including shop drawings and logs, while leading meetings and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of related experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of contract and legal provisions.
• Ability to analyze financial trade-offs with incomplete data and ambiguity.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination with field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors to align with the project schedule.
• Represent Suffolk with owners, architects, consultants, authorities, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Administer financial aspects of owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Build effective relationships with clients and Suffolk project team members.
• Oversee project startup, budgeting, scheduling, and safety plans.
