Job summary

CBRE | DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, seeks a Project Coordinator to support Lead Technicians and Project Managers with project administration. This role emphasizes strong organization, communication, and coordination across project teams in a data center environment.

No industry experience required; we value work ethic, meticulous record-keeping, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. On-site operations in the US, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience.
• 2 years of experience on construction projects.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Leads and Project Managers with day-to-day project administrative functions.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, timecards, budgets and expenditures.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensure project deadlines are met.
• Develop project strategies with leads and managers.
• Coordinate, manage, and travel for technicians traveling to the project.
• Perform project accounting functions including managing the budget.
