Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Project Controls Cost Specialist, NA, to support efficient delivery of our Data Center Portfolio from Port Washington, WI. You will organize data, implement scalable processes and use professional tools to drive cost control, budgeting and forecasting.

You will lead, collaborate and communicate with partner teams to identify improvements, develop plans and execute changes. Travel up to 10–15% may be required as the business evolves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.
• Certification in Project Controls Manager or equivalent recommended.
• 5 years of experience in project controls management.
• 5-10 years preferred.
• Experience with Yardi accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial project forecast and cashflow.
• Change Order Management and payment applications review.
• Ongoing management of general contractor, design consultants, schedule, scope, and RFIs during construction.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Reconcile forecasted final costs with final actual costs.
• Prepare cost and schedule summary reports for leadership.
