Job summary

Vantage Data Centers in Port Washington, WI is seeking a Project Controls Cost Specialist, NA, to support the efficient delivery of the portfolio by organizing data, implementing scalable processes and communicating risks to stakeholders.

You will develop forecasts and cash flow, convert estimates into control budgets, monitor costs during construction, and collaborate with contractors, designers and internal teams to optimize value and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in project controls management.
• Experience with accounting software like Yardi.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and related certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial project forecast, cashflow, and budget control.
• Support decision making with objective data and risk assessments.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies during construction.
• Reconcile forecasted final costs with final actual costs and prepare cost benchmarking reports.
