Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks a Project Architect - Data Centers to join our Client Programs Market team in the US, including Seattle. The role focuses on development and execution of architectural construction documents, coordination with consultants, and guiding teams through all design phases.

The successful candidate will lead design and documentation for data center programs, coordinate AHJ submissions, and manage project close-out activities while ensuring MG2

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 6+ years of professional architecture experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.
• Experience coordinating architectural construction documents across multiple project types.
• Data Centers experience is required.
• Strong reading/writing English skills for communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and coordination of contract deliverables including design drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with internal staff to integrate deliverables into contract documents.
• Coordinate deliverables with external consultants and project partners.
• Prepare code research and feasibility studies and coordinate with AHJ representatives.
• Provide administrative support: meeting agendas, minutes, trackers, RFIs, submittals.
• Guide staff on MG2 templates and graphic standards.
• Assist with creating accurate project specifications and ensuring alignment with scope.
• Participate in QA/QC reviews of deliverables and consultant documents.
• Coordinate submittals to local permitting authorities and AHJs.
• Support construction administration including site visits and field reports.
• Deliver work timely per project schedules and budgets.
