Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Project Manager - Data Centers to lead client programs across US offices, including Seattle. You’ll guide projects through design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration, while building strong client relationships and maintaining MG2’s design excellence.

The role emphasizes managing schedules, budgets, and communications, with a focus on delivering high-quality, milestone-driven results for data center

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Licensed architect (preferred).
• Experience leading teams through all phases of milestone-based project delivery.
• Basic knowledge of architectural contracts and contract execution procedures.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.
• Demonstrated professional expertise with data centers is required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams through all project phases, ensuring deliverables align with contract, schedule, and MG2 quality standards.
• Ensure contracts are in place before executing deliverables.
• Create and maintain milestone-based project schedules and staffing plans.
• Develop detailed Project Charters with QA/QC plans for all work.
• Assist with project proposals and RFP responses as requested.
• Monitor project financials and conduct periodic reviews with leads.
• Review monthly invoicing and consultant billing.
• Produce weekly project updates for stakeholders and team.
• Lead internal and external project meetings and ensure quality control.
