Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks an Architectural Project Manager - Data Centers to lead client programs nationwide from multiple US offices including McLean, VA. The role focuses on design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration while maintaining schedules, budgets, and client relationships.

The candidate will manage project teams, uphold MG2 standards, and oversee contract execution, financials, and communication as the primary contact for project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years in architecture/design firm.
• Licensed architect preferred.
• Experience leading teams through milestones of project delivery.
• Familiarity with architectural contracts and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all phases; ensure deliverables align with contract, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure contracts are in place before starting work.
• Create milestone schedules and staffing plans.
• Develop Project Charters and QA/QC plans.
• Assist with proposals and RFP responses.
• Monitor financial status and perform reviews with leaders.
