Job summary

Keel Infrastructure is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager in Program Delivery to serve as the tenant's day-to-day point of contact and coordinate design, construction, and operations handover. You will liaise between the tenant and the development team, reporting to the VP and partnering with Leasing, Corp Dev, and Engineering.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, technical acumen, and a proactive approach to delivering on tenant expectations across all project phases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a tenant/client-facing role on complex mission-critical projects.
• Ability to read technical data, drawings, and schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable leading tenant meetings.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Intake with Leasing and prepare Tenant Deliverable Package.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Pre-Construction, and Construction through handover.
• Own tenant relationship day-to-day; produce tenant-facing reports with controls.
• Manage change control process and escalate as needed to VP.
• Ensure tenant milestones met through design, construction, and commissioning.
• Deliver complete close-out package and coordinate testing requirements.
