Job summary

Keel Infrastructure is seeking a Program Coordinator in Program Delivery to manage the team’s internal processes and maintain the source of truth for program governance and strategy. Reporting to the VP, Data Center Program Delivery, you will organize documentation across design and construction to support project success.

This entry‑level role works closely with Success, Pre-Construction, Leasing, and Corp Dev teams.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software including Procore, BIM 360/ACC, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Governance and strategy: maintain organized documentation and procedures for program planning and execution across engineering, controls, and construction.
• Program health: schedule and run internal program meetings, capture minutes, track actions to closure, and flag blockers early.
• Process coordination: coordinate team processes across groups; ensure handoffs are complete and documented; identify improvements, potentially using AI.
• Trackers: maintain action items, decisions, risks, change log, design review comments, and open items; monitor milestones.
• Reporting inputs: compile weekly/monthly status inputs and draft internal/tenant reports.
• Documentation: maintain organized program docs and turnover materials.
• Portfolio dashboards: build dashboards and KPI reporting using tools like Power BI, SharePoint, Procore.
