Nuclei Data LLC seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead complex data center infrastructure projects from development through implementation. This hybrid role in Reading, PA offers remote work with travel across the United States to project sites.

Role requires 5–8 years in program management, data-center experience, and certifications such as PMP/PgMP/PRINCE2. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; PM experience required.
• 5–8 years in program/project management with 3+ in tech infrastructure.
• Experience with large-scale construction or data centers is desirable.
• Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 preferred.
• Proficiency with Primavera and MS Project.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk strategies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program roadmaps and master schedules.
• Coordinate interdependencies across site dev, power, cooling, network, and computing.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Use KPIs and dashboards to monitor program health.
• Manage risks, change control, and QA/QC logs.
• Support procurement planning and vendor coordination.
• Plan operational transition and documentation handover.
