Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a New Product - Program Launch Manager to coordinate and lead plant-based activities for new program launches. You will drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain leadership across teams to ensure successful product introductions within Modine.

The role focuses on data center products, optimizing shop floor layouts, ensuring equipment readiness, and enabling smooth production transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in program management or manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing complex manufacturing programs and new product introductions.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and ERP implementation.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Effective cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead new product launches in the plant.
• Review launch plans for labor, floor space, layout.
• Ensure PPAP and SOP on time; gates green.
• Manage project timelines and KPIs with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to support production readiness.
• Direct launch teams and align with APQP guidelines.
• Establish priorities, goals, and deadlines and drive completion.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and supply chain for program execution.
