Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking a Program Manager with NPI and manufacturing experience to drive AI, server, and data center programs from development to mass production.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of program/project management experience, preferably in NPI or manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to AI, server, or data center hardware programs is preferred.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint; Project or similar tools a plus).

• PMP or similar certification is a plus

Salary Range: $85,000-$120,000

Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
