Job summary

Steel & O'Brien Manufacturing is seeking a Program Manager to lead customer programs from opportunity to production launch. You will partner with Commercial, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure on-time delivery and success for key accounts.

The role requires 3–5+ years of PM experience in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence without formal authority. Domestic travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer programs from opportunity identification through production launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Commercial, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality) to ensure execution.
• Provide regular updates on milestones, risks, and progress; manage issues and actions.
