Job summary

DataBank is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support the procurement team and ensure on-time execution across the portfolio. The role reports to the Senior Director Construction Operations and collaborates with Strategic Sourcing to optimize supplier performance.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in purchasing coordination or management, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration preferred.
• Experience with procurement processes including RFPs, contracts, and vendor relations.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis and presentations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sourcing events and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Develop bid packages with SOWs, KPIs, pricing, and RFPs; coordinate supplier questions.
• Prepare and facilitate supplier contracts using templates; ensure accurate SOW, pricing, and equipment lists.
• Evaluate quality, price, reliability, and technical support of services and equipment.
• Assist in the PO approval process and manage vendor records and submittals.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and storage for owner-furnished equipment; track stocking programs.
• Maintain meeting minutes and distribute information to the team; support process improvements.
