Job summary

DataBank seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee data center development from planning through commissioning. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relations while ensuring adherence to DataBank design standards.

This role may involve travel across regions. Responsibilities include steering RFP and buyout processes, site inspections, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading Data Center Construction Projects.
• Experience with building management systems and environmental controls.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and vendors to meet specs and quality standards.
• Lead project team, schedule planning, risk management and regular stakeholder updates.
• Manage RFPs, bids, contract negotiations and vendor selections.
• Perform site visits and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure end-to-end project delivery tying to facility operations hand-off.
