Job summary

DataBank, a leading provider of enterprise data center services in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support the procurement team and ensure on-time execution across projects. The role reports to the Senior Director Construction Operations and works closely with the Strategic Sourcing Manager to maintain organized vendor records, pricing, and submittals.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in purchasing coordination, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and strong Excel/negotiation

Qualifications

2+ years of purchasing coordination or management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or business admin preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills with Excel expertise.

Responsibilities

Develop bid packages including statement of work, KPIs, pricing matrix; facilitate RFPs and supplier questions.
Prepare and facilitate contracts with suppliers using templates to ensure accuracy in scope, pricing, and equipment lists.
Support evaluation of quality, price, reliability, and availability of services and equipment.
Assist in the purchase order approval process.
Coordinate submittals for stocked and owner-furnished equipment; manage shipping and receiving as applicable.
Support business reviews with critical vendor partners and maintain records of sourcing events.
Track inventory and manage vendor records and pricing references for the team.
