Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Procurement Program Director to provide strategic leadership and execution support for EPCM Data Center projects. You will lead procurement teams, drive strategies, and manage subcontracting, supplier quality, expediting, and materials control across large capital programs.

You will oversee procurement activity to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives and may serve as Project Procurement Manager on major projects, reporting to Operations Leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible procurement experience within EPCM/EPC/large capital projects.
• Proven experience leading procurement professionals and managers.
• Strong communication skills interfacing with clients.
• Experience supporting large capital projects from planning through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of procurement professionals on a large EPCM Data Center project.
• Develop and execute project procurement strategies aligning with client objectives.
• Oversee subcontract administration, supplier management, and expediting.
• Monitor procurement metrics related to cost, schedule, and quality.
• Collaborate with project teams to address supply constraints and risks.
• Serve as Project Procurement Manager on major projects when required.
