Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field is required.
• 15+ years of procurement experience in EPCM, EPC, or large capital projects.
• Experience leading procurement professionals and managers.
• Strong communication and client interfacing skills.
• Experience supporting large capital projects from planning through closeout.
• Understanding of EPCM project delivery and procurement's role in cost, schedule, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of procurement professionals on a large EPCM Data Center project.
• Provide strategic oversight of procurement operations on major Data Center projects.
• Serve as Project Procurement Manager on large, complex capital programs when required.
• Develop and execute project procurement strategies aligned with client objectives and plans.
• Drive performance through subcontract administration, purchasing, supplier management and expediting.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with contracts, procedures, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with project teams to support successful delivery and risk management.
• Lead supplier qualification, strategic sourcing, and relationship management to reduce risk.
• Monitor procurement metrics for cost savings, schedule, supplier performance, and quality.
• Identify supply constraints and long-lead equipment risks early.
