Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Procurement Program Director to lead procurement for large EPCM Data Center projects. You will guide teams, shape procurement strategies, and collaborate with management to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals.

The role requires 15+ years in procurement for complex capital projects, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder management. This is a full-time on-site position with a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; 15+ years procurement experience in EPCM/large capital projects.
Proven leadership of procurement professionals and managers.
Strong communication and client interfacing skills.
Experience supporting large capital projects from planning through closeout.
Understanding of EPCM delivery models and procurement's role in cost/schedule/quality.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of procurement professionals on a large EPCM Data Center project.
Provide strategic oversight of procurement operations across projects.
Serve as Project Procurement Manager on large capital projects when required.
Develop and execute project procurement strategies aligned with client objectives.
Drive performance through subcontract administration, purchasing, and supplier management.
Ensure procurement activities meet contractual requirements and project controls.
