Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Procurement Program Director to lead procurement for large EPCM Data Center programs. You will guide teams across purchasing, subcontract management, supplier quality, expediting, and materials control, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.

You will drive strategic sourcing, risk management, and continuous improvement while collaborating with project management, engineering, and operations to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent industry experience.
• 15+ years of procurement experience in EPCM/large capital projects.
• Proven leadership of procurement professionals and managers.
• Strong communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with EPCM project delivery and procurement strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of procurement professionals on a large EPCM Data Center project.
• Provide strategic oversight of procurement operations on major Data Center initiatives.
• Possibly serve as Project Procurement Manager on complex capital projects.
• Develop and execute project procurement strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Drive supplier management, expediting, and cost/schedule performance.
