Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Procurement Program Director to lead EPCM Data Center procurement, guiding a team and coordinating with engineering, project controls, and operations to achieve safety, quality, cost, and schedule goals.

You will mentor procurement professionals, drive supplier relationships, and ensure contract compliance while pursuing data-driven continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 15+ years of procurement/purchasing experience in EPCM/large capital projects.
• Experience leading procurement professionals and managers.
• Strong client interfacing and communication skills.
• Experience with EPCM project delivery models and cost/schedule objectives.
• Experience in complex industrial, data center, semiconductor, or life sciences projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of procurement professionals on a large EPCM Data Center project.
• Provide strategic oversight of procurement operations on large Data Center projects.
• Serve as Project Procurement Manager on major projects when required.
• Develop and execute project procurement strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Drive performance through subcontract administration, supplier management, and expediting.
• Ensure procurement activities meet contractual requirements and project controls.
