Job summary

SpaceXAI seeks an electrical engineer to design and implement power systems for advanced facilities and data centers. You will work with MEP engineers and trade partners to deliver reliable electrical infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires developing detailed designs, coordinating with utilities, and ensuring adherence to NFPA 70 and related codes. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• 3+ years of professional experience on electrical projects.
• Knowledge of power distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators and codes.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical power distribution systems and switchgear layouts.
• Specify lighting, grounding, UPS, generators, and ATS equipment.
• Provide support to troubleshoot electrical equipment and controllers.
• Perform load flow analysis and equipment grounding reviews.
• Coordinate with utilities and ensure code compliance (NFPA/IBC).
• Review diagrams to ensure compatibility with other MEP systems.
