Job summary

SpaceXAI is recruiting an Electrical Engineer to design and build power systems for advanced facilities and data centers. You will develop electrical distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, lighting, grounding, and protection schemes, while collaborating with MEP engineers and trades.

You will troubleshoot existing equipment, perform load flow analysis, and ensure compatibility with facility budgets and other electrical systems in a fast-paced environment, enabling global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 3+ years of professional experience on electrical projects, power distribution, switchgear, UPSs, or generators.
• Experience with power distribution systems and NFPA codes.
• Ability to read and understand power and control schematics.
• Familiarity with MODBUS and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and specify electrical power distribution systems and related equipment.
• Support facility technicians and troubleshoot electrical equipment and controllers.
• Conduct load flow analysis and evaluate electrical equipment.
• Ensure interfaces and budgets align with other systems.
• Coordinate installations with utilities and ensure code compliance.
