Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to design, build, and maintain power systems for advanced facilities and data centers. You will lead a team of engineers, coordinate with MEP partners, and ensure reliable power budgets to support critical infrastructure projects with autonomy and discipline.

You will apply load-flow analyses, equipment evaluation, grounding, and control panel knowledge while ensuring compliance with NFPA 70E/NEC and other standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 3+ years of professional electrical project experience.
• PE license preferred.
• Experience with power distribution, switchgear, UPS, and generators.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electrical engineers to design power distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, and lighting.
• Provide electrical engineering support to facility technicians for troubleshooting.
• Perform load flow analysis and equipment evaluation.
• Ensure interfaces with other systems and compliance with NFPA and IBC codes.
• Coordinate installations with utilities.
• Review designs for code compliance.
