You will act as a domain authority for Smart Power Solutions, providing first-line product support and technical guidance across pre- and post-sale activities, while training customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical applications within data center power solutions.
• Ability to translate customer needs into practical technical guidance.
• Strong communication and collaboration with sales, product management and operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as domain authority for nVent Smart Power Solutions across sales, product management and operations.
• Provide first‑line product support to customers and colleagues.
• Evaluate RFIs and RFQs and provide technical responses.
• Deliver pre- and post‑sales technical assistance.
• Lead training for customers and internal teams as needed.
• Prepare documentation for pre/post sales and RMAs.
• Support strategic accounts from a technical perspective.
• Review and validate training literature and installation guides.
