Job summary

Salute is seeking a Power Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert to act as the primary technical authority for electrical power and control systems in mission-critical data centers. This on-site role in Afton, TX reports to the Data Center Manager and drives reliability, safety, and compliant operation of UPS, switchgear, and MV/LV distribution.

Lead SOP/MOP/EOP development, mentor engineers, and collaborate with clients and vendors to optimize uptime and energy efficiency while adhering to NFPA,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 7–10 years of experience with electrical systems design, maintenance, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC, OSHA, and safety standards.
• Experience interpreting electrical drawings and coordination studies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite technical resource for electrical infrastructure systems and equipment.
• Lead development of SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs related to electrical systems.
• Support design, testing, and maintenance of low- and medium-voltage power distribution and UPS.
• Oversee troubleshooting, retrofits, and maintenance with change-management and safety.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, NEC, OSHA, and IEEE standards.
