Job summary

MGAC in Fort Wayne is seeking a Data Center Construction - Junior to Mid Project Manager to lead critical environments projects on site. The role requires 3+ years PM experience in construction and 2+ years in data centers or similar facilities.

You will independently manage scope, schedule, and budgets, mentor teams, manage risk, and coordinate with clients, A&E professionals, contractors, and vendors. The position offers a generous PTO, paid holidays, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects.
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent in a construction-related discipline.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects on multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Mentor and lead project teams, and manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management and contingency planning.
• Ensure alignment with client goals and deliverables.
