Job summary

MGAC, a global boutique consultancy, seeks a Data Center Construction - Junior to Mid Project Manager (Cost) in Fort Wayne, IN. You will lead high-visibility data center projects, managing budget, schedule, and scope with an ownership mindset.

You will mentor teams, coordinate with clients and A&E professionals, and drive risk management to keep projects on track. The role emphasizes growth and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of construction cost management experience.
• 2+ years of experience with data center, hospital, or similar critical environment projects.
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while concurrently handling components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/ cost recovery.
• Achieve and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
• Collaborate with clients, A&E professionals, contractors/GCs, vendors, and teams.
