MGAC in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Data Center Construction- Junior to Mid Project Manager (Cost) to lead owners' representation on critical environments, including data centers and labs. The role emphasizes directing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk, while mentoring teams and ensuring client expectations are met.

The candidate should bring 3+ years of construction PM experience, a related degree, and strong communication skills to manage multi-discipline teams with a modern, energetic firm

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Thorough understanding of the building design and construction process.
• 2+ years of construction cost management experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., data centers).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while leading components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Maintain alignment with client vision as a trusted partner.
